Traning Groups

Welcome to Fleet Feet Sports -Fair Oaks/Roseville's Training Program page.  Whether you're training for your first 5K race, 50 miler or anything in between, we have a distance and program that is designed for you!

5K, 10K, Marathon Half, Marathon, Trail Marathon, Double Trail Marathon, 50K, 50 miles and coming soon -100 miler!

We limit the number of participants to ensure everyone receives the personalized attention and coaching they need/desire and offer beginner, intermediate and advanced programs for each target race and distance.

Our job is to help you achieve your training and

race goals!
