go running group

The gO Running Group is a Roseville based recreational running group that aims to provide semi-private training and running instruction to help individuals reach their fitness goals. We have runners of all abilities ranging from the 12+ min./mile runner/walker just looking to lose some weight to the 6 min./mile runners who runs for competition and to get faster. Although, we tend have many more recreational "beginner" runners than any other type.

We currently meet three times per week -Sunday mornings and Tuesday/Thursday afternoons. Typically meeting at the Miner's Ravine bike path just across the street from the Roseville Automall as well as various running locations around Roseville, Granite Bay, and Rocklin.

You are more than welcome to drop in on one of our group runs and check us out to see if we are right for you. We have three coaches that will work with you to motivate you and give you the knowledge you need to reach your goals.
