Never thought you could, but always wanted to try.....here's how:

Often, the first step is the hardest and that's why No Boundaries was created.  This program is your first step to a new and healthier lifestyle.  No Boundaries is about helping you run/walk your first 5K (3.1 miles) and to create healthy life style habits in a fun group setting. 

No Boundaries Training Program Details

  • Begins Sunday, March 21st and runs thru May 31st -No Excuses Run
  • Register HERE
  • Program kick-off night is Sunday, March 14th at 6pm.
  • A complete 10 week training program with detailed workouts
  • Twice weekly groups workouts (Thursday & Sunday)
  • Limited to 100 participants
  • A plan for everyone -walkers or walkers
  • $75 Program Fee
  • Registration into the No Excuses 5K is not included with program fee

No Boundaries Training Program Participants Receive

  • Expert Coaching and pace mentors/leaders
  • Electrolyte Replacement Drinks at workouts and aid stations
  • Nutritional Products at each workout -gels and blocks
  • New Balance Technical T-Shirt
  • New Balance Jacket
  • Clinics on nutrition, apparel and footwear
  • E-mail support from your coaching staff
  • Personalized workout plans
  • Helpful tips and advice on nutrition and race strategy

  • Two organized group workouts per week

First group workout is Sunday, March 21st.  8am at Sculpture Park in Roseville.

There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers at any time.
Registration fee does not include race entry fee.
Workouts will start at 6pm on Thursday and 8am Sunday mornings at Miner's Ravine -Sculpture Park in Roseville.
